We are currently seeking for passionate interns to join us in:

1. Commercial Function: Learn how commercial strategies come to life through direct and indirect sales channels, capability building, and service delivery. You'll support projects that help improve customer experience while contributing to nationwide sales execution
2. People & Culture (HR) Function: From hiring and onboarding to employee experience, development, and engagement, you’ll help shape what it means to work at PMI Taiwan. Explore how strategic talent management and organizational culture come together to create a thriving workplace.

You will be given the opportunity to:

• Work on real business projects that will help you develop portable skills
• Build an international network
• Receive personalized feedback and mentoring
• A track to Graduate Program after you graduate from University. The goal of the program is to prepare you for a fulfilling career. High‑performing interns may progress into our 18‑month graduate program, giving you a solid foundation and a head start in your long‑term career.

Who We’re Looking For:

You’re a great fit if you: 

• Are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program and are expected to graduate in 2026 or 2027. 

• Are eligible to work in Taiwan and fluent in both English and Mandarin. 

• Are a strong communicator, have a growth mindset, and love learning.  

• Can be physically present in Taiwan and report onsite at our Taipei office throughout the internship period (July 1, 2026 – August 31, 2026)
