As part of this bold transformation, we’re seeking a Growth & User Acquisition Manager (Internal title: Manager Acquisition) to join our Commercial Consumer Experinece team in Taiwan.

This is a high‑impact role at the heart of our smoke‑free growth journey. You’ll lead large‑scale, data‑driven acquisition programs across the full consumer journey—from awareness to trial and purchase—while ensuring new Smoke‑Free Products users experience a seamless and engaging onboarding. By combining strategic thinking, consumer insights, and agile ways of working, you’ll directly contribute to sustainable business growth and market leadership.

 

Your Day to Day:

Acquisition Strategy & Program Leadership

  • Develop, lead, and deliver large‑scale acquisition programs across the consumer journey (Aware, Trial, Purchase), aligned with PMI’s business priorities.
  • Support mid‑ to long‑term acquisition strategy development in line with company KPIs such as gross/net new users and cost per acquisition.
  • Continuously reassess acquisition programs based on market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics.

Data‑Driven Growth & Consumer Insights

  • Leverage data, analytics, and market intelligence to identify consumer pain points, growth opportunities, and optimization levers.
  • Work closely with CI&A teams to translate insights into actionable program improvements.
  • Track program performance and rapidly adjust mechanics to maximize impact and ROI.

Agile Program & Project Execution

  • Lead end‑to‑end execution of acquisition programs using agile methodologies, MVP testing, and sprint‑based improvements.
  • Continuously evolve program toolkits by adapting best practices from regional and global markets.
  • Drive rapid experimentation, learning, and scale‑up to seize growth opportunities.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

  • Lead cross‑functional teams across Consumer Experience, Marketing & Digital, Commercial, PMO, and other key stakeholders.
  • Operate effectively in a project‑based organization (PBO), defining scope, milestones, and accountability.
  • Proactively remove roadblocks, manage differing perspectives constructively, and escalate risks when needed.

Omnichannel Consumer Experience

  • Ensure consumer‑centric, omnichannel deployment of acquisition programs.
  • Partner closely with Retention teams to deliver high‑quality onboarding experiences that drive full conversion and minimize abandonment for Smoke‑Free Products users.
  • Connect the dots across channels, plans, and consumer touchpoints to drive synergy and maximize engagement.

Budgeting, ROI & Performance Management

  • Plan, manage, and track acquisition program budgets across commercial teams.
  • Develop investment proposals and ROI analyses in close collaboration with Finance.
  • Drive cost optimization while maintaining strong consumer experience and program effectiveness.

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure all programs comply with PMI policies, PMI DNA, and applicable local regulatory requirements.
  • Adapt programs proactively in response to evolving regulatory or legal constraints.

 

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in commercial functions, acquisition, consumer experience, or related areas.
  • Proven track record in leading cross‑functional teams and delivering complex, large‑scale programs.
  • Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to translate data into clear business decisions.
  • Consumer‑centric mindset with strong segmentation and targeting capability.
  • Comfortable working in fast‑paced, ambiguous, and highly regulated environments.
  • Experience with product launches and regulated industries is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
