Be a part of a revolutionary change.

At PMI, we’ve chosen to do something incredible. We’re totally transforming our business to deliver a smoke-free future.

Embrace change to find new opportunities and freedom to innovate and grow your career.

The Supply Chain function, thanks to its global scale and drive for innovation, is playing a meaningful role in PMI’s business transformation. Our mission is to produce and deliver products to our markets and into the hands of our consumers in a sustainable way.

Your ‘day to day’:

As a Fulfillment Lead, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics operations—designing and driving strategies that are balanced, customer-focused, and built for innovation. You’ll ensure the seamless movement of goods across a complex global network.

  • Lead all aspects of third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations to ensure adherence to PMI contracts, quality standards, safety protocols, and local regulations. You’ll coordinate audits, track critical metrics, and enhance inventory accuracy and service performance.
  • Coordinate daily logistics activities such as debonding, factory pull-outs, and shipment execution. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to meet delivery timelines and inventory targets.
  • Manage customs clearance and ensure all PMI products are accurately declared, tracked, and transferred. You’ll work with customs brokers, tax authorities, and internal collaborators to maintain compliance and efficiency.
  • Support vendor selection and contract management for logistics providers, customs brokers, and destruction vendors. You’ll help integrate new technologies and sustainability practices to improve cost and service.
  • Supervise the handling of returned, damaged, or expired products—including sorting, inspection, destruction, and tax refund processes. You’ll ensure accurate reporting and compliance across all systems.
  • Lead or support special rework projects, from planning and vendor coordination to execution and quality control. You’ll help deliver reworked products that meet PMI’s standards for quality, cost, and speed.
  • Enhance business development initiatives by incorporating compliance and standard methodologies into logistics processes. You’ll offer insights on warehousing and customs implications of new commercial or regulatory developments.

Who we are looking for:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 7 years of experience in logistics or fulfillment, ideally in FMCG or regulated industries.
  • Familiarity with customs, tax, and warehousing systems and procedures.
  • Understanding of multicategory logistics, including temperature-sensitive or high-value products.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP), digital logistics platforms, and data analytics tools.
  • Strong communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to work in a multicultural, matrixed environment.
  • A proactive mindset, eager to learn, improve, and contribute to a global transformation.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin.
