Commercial Planning Senior Executive

We are looking for a Commercial Planning Senior Executive to support the development and execution of data-driven commercial strategies that drive sustainable growth, strong field execution, and successful product launches. This role offers excellent exposure across sales, marketing, and cross‑functional teams and is well suited to a commercially curious, analytically strong professional.

About the Role

As a Commercial Planning Senior Executive, you will work closely with commercial and channel teams to translate business objectives into actionable plans. You will provide critical insights through forecasting, performance tracking, and market analysis, while supporting field effectiveness and go‑to‑market execution.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Planning & Field Execution

  • Support the development and maintenance of cycle calendars aligned to commercial business priorities
  • Translate commercial strategy into clear in-field actions and execution KPIs
  • Break down national targets into channel- and store-level focus areas
  • Support field resource optimisation through call frequency and ICM planning
  • Monitor field execution effectiveness and highlight risks and improvement opportunities

Market Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Conduct channel, region, and program-level analysis using internal and third‑party data (e.g. POS, Nielsen)
  • Analyse customer behaviour, market trends, and competitive activity to generate actionable insights
  • Contribute to dashboard development and ongoing performance tracking
  • Support evaluation of channel capability and readiness for product launches

Forecasting & Strategic Support

  • Support sales forecasting discussions with channel teams by consolidating market and field insights
  • Assist in translating insights into the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process
  • Support cross-functional commercial initiatives and project execution
  • Track progress against plans and escalate risks in a timely manner

Data & Performance Tracking

  • Support the governance and daily operation of FSF systems and execution tools (e.g. iSMS, Ragic)
  • Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems in collaboration with key stakeholders

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • 3–6 years’ experience in commercial planning, sales operations, business analysis, or a related role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions
  • Comfortable working with MS Office and sales planning systems; exposure to digital field-force tools is an advantage
  • Clear communicator with strong stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organisation, and follow-up
  • English proficiency (spoken and written) preferred
