About the Role
As the CCD Executive, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously enhancing commercial training programs across all sales channels. You will ensure that PMI’s sales force, retail partners, and trade ecosystem are equipped with the right knowledge, tools, and skills to provide superior consumer engagement, product understanding, and responsible communication.
You will collaborate closely with Sales, Commercial Operations, Channel Teams, and external partners to build capability standards, diagnose development needs, and deliver impactful learning solutions that support business growth and operational excellence.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about capability building, effective communication, and frontline development — especially in fast‑paced, consumer‑facing environments.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Identify Organization Development Needs
- Design and deliver end‑to‑end commercial training programs covering product knowledge, consumer engagement skills, conversion processes, and channel‑specific standards.
- Conduct training for internal Sales teams as well as retailers, vendors, general trade partners, and other sales channels.
- Ensure learning content reflects PMI’s commercial strategy and regulatory requirements. Evaluate current and future capability needs across Sales teams and trade partners.
Develop Functional Standards & Training Materials
- Support the market in improving operational effectiveness across key commercial functions.
- Build and maintain functional capability frameworks and operational standards aligned with PMI’s strategy.
- Continuously update training materials for the Sales Force and trade ecosystem.
- Ensure all training content and documentation meet Ethics & Compliance requirements (e.g., GDPR, Good Conversion Practice).
Drive Training Effectiveness
- Collect and analyze data on current skill levels across Sales and Business Units.
- Develop measurement tools and mechanisms to track training impact.
- Provide insights and recommendations to strengthen training effectiveness.
- Ensure continuous improvement through evidence‑based learning enhancements.
Manage On‑the‑Job Training Execution
- Partner with Channel Teams to plan and execute market‑level field and on‑the‑job training sessions.
- Maintain a centralized database capturing feedback from previous training activities.
- Provide timely analysis of technical and behavioral skill gaps within the Sales Force.
- Support managers with insights that inform ongoing coaching and development.
Support Trade Partner Development & Field Enablement
- Develop tailored capability frameworks and operational standards for trade partners.
- Design, deliver, and maintain training programs for trade partners, including classroom and field‑based learning.
- Support the adoption of new commercial practices through customized training solutions.
- Reinforce execution quality across all retail and general trade channels.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- 4+ years of experience in Sales training, Commercial capability development, field sales or retail sales, or a similar FMCG/consumer‑facing field.
- Strong experience conducting training for large groups, retail partners, or sales channels.
- Solid understanding of Sales operations, channel dynamics (GT/MT/KA), and consumer engagement.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability; experience evaluating training effectiveness is a plus.
- Comfortable working cross‑functionally and in fast‑paced field environments.
- Fluent in Mandarin, Taiwanese and English.
