Location: The Finance Center, BGC, Taguig

Working Pattern: Hybrid, 2-3 days on-site per week

Drive wholesale channel growth through digital trade engagement, Route-to-Market (RTM) strategies, and data-driven solutions that enhance retailer engagement and business performance.

What You'll Do

Strategic Planning and Trade Program Execution

• Lead digital trade programs and promotions aligned with RTM objectives.
• Develop digital solutions and leverage insights to drive continuous improvement.

Digital Trade Engagement and Campaign Execution

• Lead Appwards Kasosyo (AK) campaigns and digital engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver digital solutions that strengthen channel performance.

Performance Analytics and Optimization

• Monitor campaign and program performance using analytics and market intelligence tools.
• Generate insights and recommendations to improve ROI and business results.

Budget and Resource Management

• Manage budgets and resources to maximize the impact of digital initiatives.
• Monitor spending and support disciplined resource allocation.

Skills and Capabilities

• Strategy & Analytics: Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, and Excel.
• Digital & RTM Expertise: Experience in digital trade platforms, RTM strategies, and wholesale channel execution.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
