Senior Manager SFP Digital

As part of this journey, we are looking for a Senior Manager SFP Digital to lead market-level digital strategy, driving growth through end-to-end digital ecosystems, e-commerce excellence, and impactful digital amplification of marketing initiatives.

This is a high-impact leadership role shaping how brands connect, convert, and grow across all online touchpoints.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Define and deliver the market digital and e-commerce strategy, aligned with consumer insights, category priorities, and global direction
  • Drive consumer acquisition, retention, and value growth across all digital channels
  • Lead digital amplification of marketing campaigns, ensuring full-funnel impact from awareness to conversion and loyalty
  • Partner closely with Marketing to translate brand strategies into high-performing digital journeys and omnichannel executions
  • Build seamless, integrated customer experiences across web, mobile, social, and e-commerce platforms
  • Leverage data, analytics, and segmentation to optimize targeting, personalization, and marketing effectiveness
  • Maximize digital media performance and ROI, guiding channel mix, attribution, and performance optimization
  • Identify and scale new platforms, technologies, and content ecosystems to expand reach and relevance
  • Lead end-to-end e-commerce operations (conversion, UX, payments, fulfillment), ensuring scalable, best-in-class execution
  • Drive digital transformation and capability building, embedding agile, data-driven ways of working
  • Partner cross-functionally (Marketing, Commercial, IT, Operations) to deliver integrated digital solutions

We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years leading either marketing or digital and e-commerce strategy and operations
  • Proven ability to scale e-commerce and digital growth engines, including campaign amplification and performance marketing
  • Strong expertise in data analytics, segmentation, and full-funnel optimization
  • Deep understanding of:
    • Omnichannel and integrated marketing execution
    • Digital ecosystems & platforms
    • Customer journey, conversion & lifecycle management
  • Track record in digital transformation and cross-functional leadership
  • Strong commercial acumen, with experience owning or influencing P&L performance
  • Background in e-commerce platforms, payment systems, and fulfilment processes is highly advantageous
  • Degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, or related field
