As we continue reshaping the future of our Commercial organization, we are looking for a forward‑thinking Manager, People & Culture (HR / P&C) – Commercial who will elevate our people strategy, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and lead and develop a high‑performing P&C team to ensure the organization is designed for performance and growth.
This role partners closely with Commercial leaders to build capabilities, lead change, and champion a culture grounded in PMI DNA and Growth at PMI behaviors, while acting as a senior people leader within the P&C function.
What Is Expected of You
In this role, you will serve as a people manager, trusted advisor, strategist, and coach to both Commercial leaders and your P&C team. You will set direction, role‑model leadership behaviors, and ensure your team delivers high‑impact, consistent, and commercially aligned people solutions.
You will influence and shape organizational initiatives, lead change management, develop leadership and talent pipelines, and drive programs that enhance leadership effectiveness, engagement, and overall employee experience.
You will also ensure people practices across the Commercial organization are aligned with global P&C standards while being responsive to the unique needs of the business.
Lead Organizational Change & Optimization
- Lead major organizational design, change, and optimization initiatives in partnership with Commercial function leaders.
- Provide proactive guidance on change management tools, methodologies, and best practices.
- Direct and support your team through complex change initiatives, ensuring consistency, quality, and impact of delivery.
Strategic P&C Advisory
- Advise, consult, and coach leaders on strategic people topics such as workforce planning, organization development, labor relations, and leadership effectiveness.
- Strengthen managerial capabilities and foster a culture of continuous performance improvement.
- Develop your team’s consulting and influencing capability to operate as true business partners.
Talent & Leadership Development
- Partner with leaders to build a strong, sustainable talent pipeline for critical roles.
- Facilitate talent mapping, succession discussions, performance calibration, and development planning.
- Deploy tailored learning and leadership development solutions aligned with business needs.
- Coach and develop your direct reports, providing clear direction, feedback, and career development support.
Employee Insights, Engagement & Culture
- Translate employee insights into actionable solutions that improve well‑being, inclusion, engagement, and managerial effectiveness.
- Drive adoption of PMI DNA behaviors and Growth at PMI mindset through localized initiatives.
- Create a psychologically safe, inclusive, and high‑engagement environment within your own team.
Employee Relations & Policy Governance
- Provide guidance on complex employee and labor relations matters.
- Ensure consistent application of company policies and compliance with local labor regulations.
- Partner with P&C Centers of Expertise and Services teams to ensure excellent delivery of core P&C services.
- Ensure your team operates with strong governance, sound judgment, and consistent risk management discipline.
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field.
- At least 10 years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in a P&C or HR Business Partner role supporting senior leaders and demonstrated people‑management experience.
