 Key Responsibilities

 As a Manager Tax, your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing tax strategies to optimize our financial performance and minimize risk.
  • Ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations, strictly adhering to legal requirements.
  • Leading and managing tax audits and investigations, successfully implementing solutions to resolve any issues.
  • Collaborating with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members to determine the best approaches for tax planning and reporting.
  • Providing expert advice on tax-related matters to support business decisions and strategies.
  • Encouraging an inclusive and collaborative work environment within a team of finance and tax professionals.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve tax processes and systems.

 Qualifications and Requirements

 To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • At least 8 years of proven experience in tax management, preferably within consumer goods industry.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
