Position Title: Manager Fleet

As Fleet Manager, you will oversee a fleet of approximately 3,000 vehicles, driving cost optimization, operational efficiency, and sustainability. You will be responsible for end-to-end lifecycle management, including strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making to ensure the efficient and safe management of the company's fleet, optimizing available resources. As the Fleet Manager for our Philippines fleet, you’ll ensure compliance with efficiency, cost, and service quality indicators, maintaining a clear customer orientation, and fostering a collaborative work environment with staff and the rest of the organization
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic fleet plans aligned with PMI’s global standards.
- Optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) through data analytics, vendor management, and process improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and actively manage costs associated with the fleet (fuel, maintenance, salaries, insurance, etc.) to meet the established budget and prepare regular performance reports.
- Lead digitalization initiatives to enhance fleet visibility and operational control.
- Ensure strict compliance with all traffic, transportation, ADR (if applicable), and occupational safety local regulations and PMI’s sustainability goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, finance, HR, and market teams.
- Manage relationships with leasing companies, OEMs, and service providers.
- Support employee mobility and value perception, minimizing incidents and maximizing internal and external customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MBA a plus.
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in fleet management, preferably in multinational environments.
- Proven track record managing fleets of 2,000+ vehicles.
- Strong financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Advanced skills in data analytics, reporting tools, and digital platforms.
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Problem Solving: Proactivity to anticipate and resolve incidents.
- Effective Communication: Clarity and assertiveness in communication with all stakeholders.
- Organization and Planning: Ability to structure and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proactivity and Initiative: Constantly seeking improvements in processes and efficiency.
- Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changes in demand or operating conditions.
- Fluent in English; local language proficiency is a must.
- Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
