As a Manager Direct Retail Operations, you will play an integral role in executing the narrative of our smoke-free products in the Philippines. This position makes you accountable for end-to-end commercial operations processes and interactions with our customers across our different B2C touchpoints (stores, islands, IQOS Spaces/Lounges, etc), ensuring a consistent best in class experience. 

 

Job Responsibilities

 

You will be responsible for the:

 

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies, setting up of targets, and analysis of sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Set up of: (1) operational standards in both offline & digital processes, and; (2) parameters in area performance KPIs to achieve the channel’s consumer, channel, and financial objectives. 
  • Leading the deployment of scalable communication and enhanced experiences for customers, leveraging multiple touchpoints to showcase brands and products, ensuring the proper availability for the multicategory products
  • Along with our Retail Partner Managers, the establishment of relevant and timely incentive programs, whether monetary or non-monetary, to drive frontliner efficiency and growth.
  • Management of our OPEX budget for DR operations based on the strategic objectives, retail volume trends, retail expansion plans and other factors
  • Management and development of direct reports to ensure long term business sustainability including appropriate training and advancement/succession planning; setting up clear channel objectives, measuring performance, and aligning strategies.

 

Requirements

 

To be successful in this role, you will need:

 

  • 5-8 years of proven experience in analyzing large-scale, multi-store consumer data and providing channel-specific consumer insights to support Consumer Experience in identifying and addressing experience gaps and opportunities
  • Store management background in brands with strong CX practices, including experience in directly dealing with customers in a competitive mid-to-high price selling environment; understanding of POS daily operations is an advantage
  • Results driven mindset with strong leadership abilities to motivate a team
  • Experience in retail partner manpower management to ensure optimum allocation and effective use of available resources
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to direct retail stores 1-2 times a week.
