Accountabilities: Your day to day tasks are the following:

  • Coordinate the rollout and maintenance of learning programs that build leadership, coaching, and people-management capabilities.
  • Assist in planning, designing, and delivering frontline capability programs including job readiness, performance routines, and field coaching support.
  • Manage program documentation, content updates, and communication materials to ensure timely and accurate rollout of capability initiatives.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, onboarding programs, and immersion experiences for various learner groups.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather learning needs, evaluate program effectiveness, and recommend improvements.
  • Support the design, development, and enhancement of digital learning content and platforms.
  • Support data collection, analytics, and reporting for capability programs, ensuring insights are used to optimize learning solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal partners and external vendors involved in content creation, training delivery, and platform management.
  • Maintain quality standards for learning materials, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and competency frameworks.

 

Skill and competencies:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in learning and development, training, capability building, or instructional design.
  • Familiarity with digital learning tools, content management systems, and modern training methodologies.
  • Experience facilitating training sessions and managing capability-building activities.
  • Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Basic understanding of data analysis for program evaluation and reporting.

 

Work Location: The Finance Center – Bonifacio Global City

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, no fixed schedule
