PMFTC is a forward-thinking organization dedicated to leveraging technology to drive business success. We are seeking a dynamic and innovative professional to join our Commercial Innovations team as an Innovations Executive. This role is pivotal in driving our innovation projects and ensuring they deliver significant business impact

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our systems and platforms, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed.
  • Lead the product development lifecycle, from ideation and conceptualization to launch and post-launch iterations, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Execute and oversee platform projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, business analysts, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive innovation initiatives that enhance our systems and platforms, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Present project updates, innovation initiatives, and system enhancements to various stakeholders across the organization, including senior management.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in product ownership and/or project management roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong understanding of systems architecture and platform development.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, JIRA)

 

Work Location & Schedule:

  • BGC, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Hybrid Work Setup (3 times a week on-site)
