The Finance Intelligence Analyst will support in driving and executing complex finance-related initiatives across multiple domains. The role focuses on driving process improvements, supporting audits, analyzing systems, and contributing to cross-functional projects that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of finance operations.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of finance transformation projects.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support process mapping, documentation, and redesign efforts to streamline finance operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, Commercial) to gather requirements and implement solutions.
• Participate in system evaluations and implementations, including ERP upgrades or automation tools.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Support internal audits and compliance reviews related to finance processes.
• Track project milestones, risks, and deliverables to ensure timely execution.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, audit, or transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of financial processes (e.g., budgeting, forecasting, reporting).
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
