The Channel Deployment Executive is responsible for the on-ground execution of traditional and digital channel initiatives within the assigned region. Supports test design, gathers field and POS insights, and adjusts execution based on findings to ensure programs address customer needs and are scalable.

Key Accountabilities

• Execute promotions, innovations, platform enhancements, and field activities in line with strategic and operational guidelines.
• Deliver initiatives on time while proactively managing risks and stakeholder alignment.
• Align regularly with HQ and field teams, sharing insights and risks to support planning.
• Develop and deliver Field Sales training and serve as subject matter expert for assigned channel programs.
• Spend at least 60% of time in the field conducting trade interviews, work-with reviews, and insights gathering.
• Track execution compliance, produce reports and dashboards, and maintain accurate channel databases.

What we’re looking for

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in any business related course.
• You have trade marketing experience in general trade.
• You must be amenable to doing regular fieldwork, you have a valid driver’s license and have at least 1 year of driving experience.
