The CE Activations Manager translates consumer engagement strategies into high‑quality, impactful on‑ground and experiential executions. Serving as the execution engine of consumer engagement, the role is responsible for bringing plans to life through strong operational discipline, agency and partner management, and consistent experience standards—while continuously improving how engagements are delivered across channels.
Working closely with CE Deployment Strategy and CE Channels, the role ensures that all activations are delivered seamlessly, efficiently, and at scale, while maximizing consumer impact, brand equity, and business results.
Responsibilities include:
Brand Engagement Deployment
- Execute consumer engagement strategies through owned and third‑party events, activations, and experiential channels.
- Manage agencies, partners, platforms, and on‑ground requirements to deliver seamless brand experiences.
- Ensure consistent execution across channels, leveraging insights, feedback, and trends to optimize impact.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely and effective program deployment.
Execution Excellence & Experience Quality
- Set and uphold execution standards for experience quality, brand consistency, and compliance.
- Oversee production, logistics, and on‑ground delivery to ensure premium and efficient execution.
- Identify execution gaps and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Manage activation budgets and lead cross‑functional execution to deliver against timelines and objectives.
Building & Evolving Activation Platforms & Formats
- Continuously improve and evolve activation platforms and formats to enhance scalability and impact.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize for scale, while introducing innovative engagement approaches.
- Ensure activation formats are replicable and measurable across regions and channels.

- Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders – internally and externally
- Ability to work under pressure and manage real-time execution challenges
- Experience handling large-scale events and activations is an advantage
