About the Internship Program

Our internship is designed to help you start your career journey. Over your time with us, you’ll work within a supportive team, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop practical skills through learning sessions, coaching, and access to digital tools. You will also work on sales agents’ management and participate in a multicategory sales implementation project for Indirect Retail and HoReCa.

Who We’re Looking For
We welcome students or recent graduates who are curious, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative. To join the internship program, you should have:
• Studies in areas like Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field
• A willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• The ability to use analytical tools to gather insights from collected data
• Experience with MS Office
• A collaborative mindset and the confidence to share ideas
• Strong communication skills in English and Estonian (Russian would be an advantage)
• Interest in innovation, problem solving, and learning new skills

• Salary: 1300 EUR gross
