Your ‘day to day’
As a Commercial Project Executive you will:
• Transform global campaigns into localised communication assets and co-ordinate deployment for communication in B2B and/or B2C communicational channels and CRM.
• In a close cooperation with internal & external stakeholders, effectively develop and execute local Portfolio/Brand communication campaigns and initiatives.
• Coordinate 3rd party agencies and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of quality results within agreed timeframes.
• Regularly brief relevant stakeholders or suppliers on cyclic activities to ensure their knowledge and performance quality.
• Continuously supervise project results, gather feedback from relevant sources and dedicatedly share your insights and propose actions to improve.
Who we’re looking for:
• You have a university degree, or are a final-year student, in Business, Economics, Marketing or similar.
• Experience in projects management within brand building, marketing, or communication areas.
• Excellent organizational, planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Brand building, content editing, layout, and design skills, including ability to clearly present concepts and effectively deliver key messages.
• Enjoy making decisions based on data, analyze numbers and react quickly to grasp the opportunity.
• Flexible, adaptable to change, enjoy experimenting, yet keep the ownership and share the joy for achieved results.
• Clear and constructive communication skills and the ability to fluently speak English, Russian and Estonian.

Salary range for this role is 2900 EUR gross to 3400 EUR gross. The final offer will depend on the experience and competencies of the selected candidate.
