Your ‘day to day’

You will support the Smoke-Free Products at Operations Electronics and New Ecosystems (OENE) in Indonesia.

You will achieve and deliver within PMI cost target, apply outstanding knowledge (e.g. costing) and expertise (e.g. electronics devices) to simplify and standardize processes, provide ad-hoc analysis and provide insights on specific topics. You will be responsible for crucial operational and strategic decisions with independent and data driven insights, understanding business performance and advising on finance solutions that allows speed and quality on decision making.

Specifically, you will be responsible to:

•             Prepare and manage budget and forecast; monitor actual results versus plans and ensure forecast accuracy

•             Perform cost variance analysis to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities

•             Provide meaningful financial insights and analysis to Finance Business Partners and stakeholders using standard reports and tools

•             Consolidate, review, and reconcile budget and forecast submissions for assigned smoke free products

•             Develop and maintain financial models to support planning, productivity initiatives, and long term strategic objectives

•             Analyze smoke free product's cost structures and assess cost evolution across products, suppliers, or manufacturing partners

•             Support monthly and quarterly management reporting and ensure timely and accurate submissions to management

•             Collaborate with costing teams to improve cost transparency and develop analytical methodologies (e.g., loss or efficiency analysis)

•             Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by simplifying processes and building standardized, insightful reports and tools

•             Ensure accurate financial data flow and compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements (including SOX where applicable)

Who we’re looking for

• Min. Bachelor degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Finance; with additional experience in factory controlling, costing and financial modelling.
• GMRB skills and proficiency in Financial Modeling are required for this role.
• Language skills include fluent English; Chinese language would be a plus.
• Six Sigma Qualifications would be a plus.
