Join the team in Surabaya and help drive strategic decisions through high‑quality financial analysis and business partnering. This fixed‑term engagement (through November 2026) offers an opportunity to support new business initiatives and make a direct impact on our growth.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Analyze business assumptions and deliver forward‑looking financial insights
• Provide scenario‑based analysis to support investment and optimization decisions
• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reports
• Review, validate, and post accruals during period-end closing
• Support key budgeting cycles including LRP, Opex Budget, Rolling Forecast, and Latest Estimate
• Coordinate with R2R teams to ensure accurate Legal Entity reporting
• Prepare audit support and ensure compliance with SOX and internal controls
• Build financial narratives and partner with business teams to support senior management decisions
• Provide financial governance and advisory for new commercial initiatives

Who You Are

You are a finance professional who thrives in a dynamic, stakeholder-rich environment. You bring:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in FC, FP&A, Finance, or related areas
• A degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proven stakeholder management experience in a multinational company
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to synthesize insights and build clear financial stories
• High adaptability and ownership mindset
• Ability to work 100% onsite in Surabaya
