Your Impact

As Senior Analyst, Accounts Receivable Management, you’ll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of our AR operations. You will manage core AR processes, solve operational issues, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enhance the way we work. This role is an opportunity to apply your expertise while contributing to broader improvements across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily AR activities, from posting to reconciliations and reporting
• Handle collections monitoring, account reviews, payment applications, and direct debits
• Support AR ageing analysis and reporting on bad debts and write‑offs
• Troubleshoot process issues and ensure timely resolution
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements
• Contribute to system enhancements, knowledge transfers, documentation, and UAT
• Partner with affiliate markets to align on KPIs and resolve operational concerns
• Drive customer‑centricity and support continuous improvement initiatives

Who You Are

• You bring experience in Accounts Receivable and a degree in a relevant field
• You’re analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive in finding solutions
• You communicate clearly and build strong working relationships
• You’re comfortable working in SAP, MS Office, and navigating basic Power BI
• You thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment and enjoy improving processes
