Position Title:  P&ED Specialist - Benefits

We are looking for P&ED Executive - who will be part of our Team.

YOU are responsible to analyze the trend and opportunity based on current data and practices to support the HR Operations Team to do continuous improvement as well as the implementation.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

• Co create wellbeing program (emotional, physical, financial) with functions that meet the needs of employees

• Collaborate with the external parties to provide wellbeing content and programs

• Consolidate employee voice related with wellbeing from multiple sources and translate it into actionable plan

• Perform data analytics to have a better understanding and provide more targeted wellbeing programs

• Plan & monitoring budgets related with all objectives of wellbeing programs

• Support some P&C processes (i.e BPJS Kesehatan, Leave, etc) on a daily and monthly basis to meet the government regulation requirements, PMI principles & practices, budgetary, reporting, compliance and controls requirements.

Skills & experiences:

•            A self-driven professional with university degree any major, preferably in Psychology, Engineering or Human Resources Management

•            A fluent English speaker with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

•            Excellent communication skills and able to work under pressure and able to prioritize tasks

•            Have good analytical & research thinking

•            Able to work independently in very dynamic and challenging environment

•            Excellent computer literacy

•            Able to operate intermediate Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio, & Project)

•            Willing to be placed in Jakarta and Surabaya
