Position Title:  P&C Reporting Service Specialist (6 Month Contract)

We are currently seeking talented, business-savvy professionals to join P&C Reporting Service Specialist based in Surabaya. This position will present you with outstanding professional challenges, diverse learning opportunities and career growth.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’

Operational Reporting

• Utilize Success Factors Reporting to generate reports for global stakeholders
• Ensure all standard and custom reports (transactions) are created and sent to requestors on time, following agreed scope and format
• Ensure that all transactions are recorded correctly in iCare, with relevant fields filled-out with proper information
• Ensure that intake process is followed to correctly capture the purpose, scope, format, and timeline of requested reports
• Collaborate with product and data management teams to maintain the integrity and accuracy of people data
• Contribute to the operational reporting efficiency through the usage of AI and Automation

Data Analysis/Insights Delivery
Partners with Business/Process Owner to perform the activities below:

• Define Problem Statement, Focus Area, and Business Context & Knowledge
• Gather relevant data and transform it into informative reports
• Deep dive the reports to produce Insights & Analysis
• Leverage Insights to drive concrete actions
• Measure Business Outcome

Process Improvement and Projects

• Provide insights on transactions that can lead to process improvement initiatives
• Lead and/or participate in internal and/or cross-functional projects as needed

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business/Statistics/Computer Science or related field
• Operational experience - at least 2 years on reporting and data analytics, preferrably on HR data
• Understanding of HR business processes
• Understanding of case management tools and operational processes
• Understanding of QA processes, especially on data structure and data quality
• Understanding of GDPR and data privacy issues especially for employee data
• Knowledge/experience in Artificial Intelligence will be an advantage
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills
• Strong background in Ms. Excel, SharePoint, and other Office365 applications
• Strong background in HR Reporting Tools (e.g. HR2U and/or Success Factors)
• Strong business acumen and interests in employee service experience
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written/visual) to create and deliver insights through numbers
• Strong statistical analysis & visualization skills (Power BI, etc.)
