Manager Process & Experience Delivery Indonesia

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

As a Manager Process and Experience Delivery Indonesia, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a seamless, data-driven, and people-centric experience across Indonesia. This role goes beyond operations—you will lead continuous improvement (CI), digitalization/experience improvement, and cross-market collaboration to elevate how we design and deliver people services.

This is a unique opportunity to combine strategy, process excellence, analytics, and transformation leadership to create meaningful impact for both employees and the business

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

• Drive end-to-end process excellence
• Lead continuous improvement and digital transformation
• Turn data into clear insights and action
• Master PMI’s employee listening strategy and tools
• Connect multi-source feedback and operational data into meaningful improvements
• Facilitate monthly listening huddles and callback conversations to deeply understand employee pain points
• Champion solutions that improve both employee experience and business outcomes

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• University degree with strong experience in process improvement, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or Process Excellence roles
• Strong understanding of end-to-end employee lifecycle processes
• Well,‑developed analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable decisions.
• A collaborative team player who facilitates constructive teamwork and navigates social dynamics across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
