Your ‘day to day’

• Lead the assigned production unit(s) with accountability to deliver business results according to Company strategy. 
• Supervise, plan, lead activities of production units in compliance to Sustainability, Quality and Legal requirements. 
• Contribute to the strategy definition (linked to CBN) for production unit, supporting his/her supervisors, and ensure its deployment on owned production units by maintaining Industrial/Environment peace                        

Who we’re looking for

• Position are open in Surabaya & Kraksaan - Candidate who are open for mobility around Java will be prioritize
• Min. Diploma/Bachelor Degree
• good in english - both in writing and speaking
• Have a good leadership skill
• Experience working with Data using excel
• Good in Industrial relations & Labor Law, Excise Overview, Production and Inventory Management System, Quality and EHS Management System
