As an Information Technology Intern, you will support PMI Tech Operations in executing vulnerability management and factory-based application support activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to IT operations, cyber security execution, and vulnerability remediation processes across factory and R&D environments.
You will work closely with FSS and Service Excellence leads to support the end-to-end vulnerability remediation lifecycle, contributing to improved execution capacity, timeliness, and quality of operational tasks while gaining valuable experience in technology operations and information security.
YOUR 'DAY TO DAY'
- Collaborate with Factory Systems Support (FSS), Service Management, and First Line of Defense (FLoD) teams
- Monitor and track vulnerability issues using PMI Cyber Vulnerability tools and monitoring solutions (e.g., Brinqa, Power BI)
- Support vulnerability remediation activities across Tech Operations and R&D scope
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Currently enrolled in a BSc or MSc program with minimum GPA 3.25 out of 4.00 from Computer Science, Information Technology, or related major.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server and Windows SQL Server Environment is preferrable
- Preferably to have Vulnerability/IT Security background
- Have excellent analytical thinking and communication skill
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Willing to be based in Surabaya
- Internship period of 6 months, starting from June 2026.
