Join the Record to Report Intercompany team and help strengthen reconciliation processes across multiple affiliates. You will turn financial data into clear insights, improve visibility of open items, and support practical process improvements.

Impact You'll Own

• Create a complete and accurate tracker of open intercompany items, including ageing, owner, status, and next action.
• Identify recurring reconciliation issues and document their main root causes.
• Improve process visibility through clear status reporting and well-organized, traceable working files.
• Recommend practical improvements and deliver a concise final report, presentation, and handover.

What You'll Do

• Collect, validate, and analyze intercompany reconciliation data across multiple affiliates.
• Prepare and maintain ageing, issue, ownership, status, and next-action trackers.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to clarify data and progress outstanding items.
• Analyze recurring issues and support root-cause identification.
• Document selected reconciliation process flows and highlight improvement opportunities.
• Prepare clear status reports, findings, recommendations, and proposed next steps.
• Organize and hand over all project files to the Record to Report Intercompany team.

Skills & Capabilities

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to take ownership and manage tasks in a structured manner.
• Effective collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with Power Query, Power BI, SAP, or finance and accounting processes is an advantage.
