What You’ll Do

• Manage daily AR activities including posting, clearing, and reconciliation
• Monitor collections and ensure timely deposit and clearance
• Reconcile accounts, validate credit memos, and analyze payment variances
• Track AR ageing and highlight risks or potential bad debts
• Support month‑end closing and consolidation activities
• Prepare ad hoc reports and contribute to assigned projects
• Ensure compliance with company standards, audits, and SOX controls
• Collaborate with commercial teams, finance, IT, Internal Control, and external banking partners
• Coordinate with multiple area offices and support stakeholder inquiries

Who You Are

• A graduate with a minimum S1 degree
• Open to fresh graduates, with SAP knowledge considered an advantage
• Analytical, organized, and committed to quality
• Comfortable working under tight timelines
• A strong communicator in both Indonesian & English
• Agile and adaptable, thriving in environments with continuous change
