We’re on the hunt for a Senior Specialist, ITM who’s passionate about learning, talent, and performance—and knows how to turn strategy into action. Core responsibilities

Learning & Development

  • Design and deliver impactful learning experiences and materials tailored to the Nordics workforce, with a focus on both functional and soft skill areas.
  • Ensure all employees have up-to-date Individual Development Plans (IDPs) aligned with their potential and career aspirations.
  • Lead the rollout of a skills gap assessment process and provide a comprehensive learning offering to address soft skills development.
  • Manage relationships with external learning partners, internal subject matter experts and continuously enhance development programs to meet evolving organizational needs.

Performance Management

  • Support the end-to-end deployment of the company’s performance management process, including change management and internal communications.
  • Co-facilitate key performance activities and ensure consistent execution across the cluster in alignment with PMI global standards.

Talent Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the newly integrated Manufacturing organization, supporting the implementation of relevant talent strategies.
  • Identify synergies, leverage opportunities, and contribute to the development of robust talent pipelines.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for the Talent Review and Succession Planning processes, consolidate outcomes, and define actionable next steps.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration

  • Contribute to functional projects in both leadership and support roles, ensuring timely and effective execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement of development initiatives through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and cross-functional synergies.

 

Who you are

  • University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Learning & Development, including conducting learning needs assessments and supporting the design and delivery of learning programs. Familiarity with learning platforms (e.g., LMS) is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of talent processes such as talent reviews, succession planning, and career development.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives in performance, learning, or talent-related areas.
  • Confident in facilitating sessions and engaging with stakeholders across different levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to work with data and contribute to actionable insights.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
