Role Summary 

As a Senior Research Analyst, you will uncover what drives consumer behavior and transforms insights into strategic impact. This role focuses on conducting in-depth market research, connecting diverse consumer insights, and delivering holistic reports that guide senior management in making consumer-centric decisions. By leveraging digital tools and predictive analysis, you’ll anticipate trends and enable actionable recommendations. Acting as a trusted partner to leadership, you’ll play a key role in answering critical business questions and shaping strategies that put the consumer at the center. 

 
Main Accountabilities 

  • Own the generation and management of 360-degree consumer insights, working hand-in-hand with marketing, commercial, and business planning teams. 

  • Conduct advanced analyses to enhance consumer experiences and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations. 

  • Translate complex consumer data into clear, actionable steps for key collaborators. 

  • Accelerate digital analytics and predictive modeling, ensuring our insights remain innovative. 

  • Design and document solutions for new systems and process enhancements. 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for consumer research and analytics, supporting colleagues and partners. 

  • Design, brief, create and deliver market insights that enable faster, more informed business decisions. 

  • Implement, maintain and adapt global research tools and trackers, ensuring they meet local market needs. 

 

Who You Are 

  • Hold a university degree in Psychology, Statistics, Market Research, Data Science, Economics, or equivalent and have at least 3-5 years’ experience in market/consumer research, insights or analytics. 

  • Have extended knowledge of market research methodologies such as product testing, segmentation, conjoint analysis, brand equity, as well as concept, packaging and communication testing etc.  

  • skilled in digital tools (e.g., Python, PowerBI, Tableau). 

  • Strong communicator who can turn data into compelling stories and recommendations. 

  • Thrive in collaborative, cross-functional environments and manage multiple projects with ease. 

  • Previous experience in FMCG category and/or research agency is a plus. 

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is a plus.
