To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a Logistics and Distribution Supervisor, reporting to the Logistics & Distribution Supervisor, Nordics.

In our Logistics & Distribution Team we have the mission to handle the entire fulfilment flow to market and the distribution to its customers and consumers in order to fulfill internal and external customers’ expectations and align with all laws and regulations. We contribute to building a unique consumer experience of our multi category product portfolio by guaranteeing the adequate product availability across multi distribution channels demonstrating on contemporary and new solutions to reach outstanding levels.
Your “day to day”
As a Logistics & Distribution Supervisor, you will lead a team responsible for ensuring efficient, compliant, and customer-focused logistics operations across the Nordic markets. You will play a key role in monitoring end-to-end shipments, managing forward and reverse flows, strengthening partnerships with Logistics Service Providers (LSPs), and driving continuous improvement initiatives aligned with our transformation towards a smoke-free future. You will also:
• Monitor shipments from factories to Logistics Service Providers (LSPs) for the Nordic markets, ensuring timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
• Oversee customer and B2C forward orders, deliveries, and reverse logistics flows, guaranteeing efficient fulfilment and return processes.
• Manage relationships with LSPs, including contract compliance, performance follow-up, and issue resolution.
• Ensure compliance and operational governance, including audit requirements, internal billing guidelines, stock counts, destructions, and other logistical controls and procedures.
• Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Procurement (participation in logistics tenders) and customers, to analyze order patterns, improve service performance, and shape future logistics solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across logistics operations, focusing on process optimization, productivity, sustainability, and enhanced customer experience (including return processes).
• Lead and support the logistics operations team, coordinating daily activities, fostering a high‑performing and collaborative environment, and encouraging accountability and continuous learning.
Who we´re looking for
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably within an internationally operating FMCG environment.
• Strong expertise and passion about the Logistics, Sales, and Distribution environment.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage).
• A proactive problem solver who is adaptable and effective in a dynamically changing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also being capable of operating independently.
• An open and improvement driven mindset, with the courage to challenge existing ways of working and drive optimization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to quickly build effective relationships with internal and external partners.
• High analytical capability, strong learning agility, and a consistent focus on quality and accuracy of work.
• Fluency in English with strong communication skills (Swedish language skills would be a plus).
