Role summary
As a Digital Media Specialist, you will be at the forefront of crafting and implementing digital media strategies aimed at driving brand performance and achieving business objectives. You will manage campaigns across a diverse range of digital channels, optimize media budgets, and use data-driven insights to effectively engage target audiences. Staying ahead of emerging trends, best practices, and innovations, you will ensure impactful and high-performing campaigns that align with the company’s vision of delivering a smoke-free future.
This is a fixed term role, from August 2025 until November 2026.
Your “day to day"
• Develop and implement digital media strategies to boost brand awareness, engagement, and conversions for our brands.
• Lead digital campaigns across various channels, including social, display, programmatic, search, and retail media channels.
• Coordinate with media agencies to ensure accurate briefing and execution of campaigns within agreed budgets.
• Track campaign performance metrics and data, perform regular analysis and reporting to monitor efficiency, provide actionable insights for optimization and improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
• Develop social media strategy, including content themes, audience segmentation, and engagement tactics aligned with brand objectives. Coordinate social media content calendars and integrate efforts with paid digital campaigns for consistency across channels.
• Work with brand communication team and creative agencies to build engaging content and assets for target audiences, optimized for campaigns and channels with actionable insights, briefs, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as brand communication, portfolio, digital and e-commerce, and Key Account teams, to ensure that digital paid initiatives and calendars are aligned with overall business objectives.
• Understand market trends, consumer segments, and competition. Use insights and data to improve campaign performance.
• Collaborate with HUB Teams to ensure standard methodologies and Global practices and requirements are applied on local market level.
Who you are
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on media planning and execution.
• University degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of digital media platforms such as Google Ads, FB ads, programmatic/display media buying, etc.
• Proficiency in analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
• Demonstrated track record of successfully running and optimizing digital media campaigns across multiple channels, driving measurable value.
• Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights to inform strategic decisions and campaign optimizations.
• Experience working with marketing and media agency partners, incl. experience managing budgets.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work cross-functionally with both internal and external teams.
• Proficient in Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
