Role summary
The CRM Analytics Specialist is responsible for leading the analysis and optimization of customer data flows across CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. The role focuses on understanding user behaviour, campaign performance, and lifecycle segmentation to identify the best next action and deliver personalized communication. Through in-depth analysis, predictive modelling, and performance tracking, the specialist supports engagement and loyalty initiatives by translating complex data into actionable insights while ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
Your “day to day”
- Design, maintain, and optimize data pipelines and flows between CRM systems, marketing platforms, and analytics tools to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.
- Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to troubleshoot and improve CRM data architecture, ensuring seamless integration across platforms and touchpoints.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that visualize CRM performance metrics and support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign performance, customer journeys, and lifecycle stages to identify opportunities for personalization and automation.
- Build predictive models and scoring systems (e.g., propensity models, next-best-action algorithms) to support targeted CRM initiatives and improve customer experience.
- Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for marketing, sales, and product teams to enhance CRM strategy and execution.
- Ensure data governance and compliance with privacy regulations in all CRM-related data handling and analysis.
Who you are
- University degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Economics.
- 3+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role—ideally with exposure to CRM or customer-related data.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets and translate them into business recommendations.
- Solid understanding of customer behaviour, segmentation, and lifecycle metrics from a data perspective.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, category, and IT teams to align data initiatives with business goals.
- Experience with predictive modelling, A/B testing, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Experience working with the Customer Engagement Platforms Voyado and SFMC.
