Your Day‑to‑Day
The Business Planning Team, part of the Nordic Finance function, supports Nordic Management in delivering our transformation across the five Nordic markets. As a Business Planning Analyst, you will be part of the Finance community and interact daily with almost all other functions in the company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the translation of strategic plans into operational business and financial plans that support local market strategy
- Providing insightful analysis to convert the consumer journey into financials and integrate it into business plans
- Preparing ad hoc analyses to support decision‑making and maximize ROI
- Interacting with Business Solutions teams to define key metrics and drivers for data modeling
- Supporting the preparation of presentations and reports that provide a clear and comprehensive view of the business
- Supporting pricing analysis and providing recommendations to the management team
- Understanding the impact of regulatory measures on business performance
- Managing local data governance to ensure alignment with company standards
Who You Are
Our Business Planning team works closely with many departments, so we are looking for someone with a collaborative nature and a curious mindset. You value diversity, interact easily across cultures, and embrace inclusiveness. These attributes, combined with strong analytical skills and attention to detail, will enable success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics, or Industrial Engineering
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Finance, Business Planning, or Strategy within international companies, preferably FMCG or consumer businesses
- Fluency in spoken and written English with strong report‑writing skills
- Strong storytelling ability, influencing decisions through clear and engaging communication
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI is an advantage
- A strong understanding of income statements from revenue through profit
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and logical thinking
