The Web Product Owner (aka Manager, Digital Web Business Design) acts as product owner for one or more products or services and is the go-to person within the product team. You will support the Product Manager for communicating with stakeholders across the board, including customers, business managers, delivery teams and external partners to make sure the goals are clear and the vision is aligned with the Product Group Vision/Strategy/Roadmap. The Web Product Owner will own the entire lifecycle of the product, define and measure its business objectives, manage its development, release and support.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and IT, identifying digital opportunities and translating them into clear, actionable briefs for development
- Own the web product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features that deliver exceptional user experiences within a regulated industry
- Leverage data-driven analytics, A/B testing, and behavioral insights to inform product decisions and continuously optimize performance
- Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure inclusive, accessible, and user-centered design across all web platforms
- Define and track KPIs to measure business impact, user engagement, and product success.
- Ensure all digital solutions meet compliance, privacy, and security standards from concept through delivery
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across marketing, legal, compliance, and IT to align on goals and execution
- Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement in a hybrid, fast-paced environment
- Own and prioritize Product Team backlog. Regularly refining and updating the backlog ensures that the team works on the most valuable prioritized items
- Translate product strategy into epics and user stories for the engineering team(s). Linking all Epics to the relevant parent Strategic Initiatives and/or PG Initiatives in Jira & BigPicture
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3+ years of experience in a dynamic product management role
- High effectiveness in managing cross-functional teams
- Proven success in overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle
- Ability to manage cross functional team in a complex matrix organization
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. now and in the future without sponsorship
Annual Base Salary Range: $123,750 - $165,000
