This position sits with our Swedish Match affiliate.

 

The Trade Marketing Analyst will interact with all key functions of the organization such as Marketing, Finance, Category Management, Manufacturing, and Field Sales. This position will encompass jobs responsible for supporting, planning, implementing and analyzing the performance of business initiatives that execute in retail stores.

 

Your ‘day to day’:

    • Support trade marketing planning and execution to include promotions, new product sell-in and in-store merchandising activities
    • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align go-to-market plans for product launches and seasonal activations
    • Support the roll out of point-of-sale materials, planograms, merchandising assets and toolkits for field sales team
    • Monitor and evaluate distribution, promotion and sales performance using sales, shopper and market data and prepare performance reports
    • Manage retail execution calendar, handle logistics and track budget utilization
    • Ensure all trade marketing activities comply with federal, regional and local tobacco and nicotine marketing regulations, while supporting compliance with marketing restrictions and all required signage and notification at retail in conjunction with legal, regulatory and brand/marketing teams
    • Support project planning and coordination with sales, marketing, finance and supply chain to ensure campaign readiness and budget adherence
    • Assist in building cross-functional presentations and trade materials for both interna and external alignment
    • Ensure centralized document warehousing system is secure, up to date and effective to support field sales teams
    • Coordinate all tasks, timelines and resources to ensure successful execution of trade initiatives including planning, monitoring and stakeholder communication
    • Planning and oversight of rollout timelines, store resets, promotional calendars and process mapping

 

Who we’re looking for:

    • College degree required in business, finance, economics or marketing.
    • Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods Industry. 
    • Sales and/or Trade Marketing experience a plus.
    • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and management skills necessary.
    • Project management skills required
    • Data analytics skills required
    • Must be able to work under pressure and handle multiple assignments with a high degree of accuracy and thoroughness.  
    • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Base Salary Range: $82,500 to $110,000
