Your ‘day to day’:
The Sr. Manager of Revenue Growth Management will play a pivotal role in driving revenue optimization strategies across the U.S. market. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate across teams to implement impactful pricing, promotion, and segmentation strategies. The role will focus on improving profitability while aligning with PMI's overarching business goals.

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize revenue and market share.
  • Analyze promotional effectiveness and recommend adjustments to align with long-term brand goals.
  • Design and implement effective product configurations and pricing structures to meet diverse consumer needs.
  • Apply data-driven insights to find opportunities for portfolio growth and margin improvement and evaluate the impact of new product introductions on existing portfolio performance.
  • Manage trade investment allocations to improve value and drive customer engagement.
  • Monitor trade spend effectiveness and recommend adjustments to enhance profitability.
  • Conduct detailed segmentation analysis to identify high-value customer groups and geographic opportunities and develop tailored strategies to address the unique needs of each segment.
  • Leverage segmentation insights to advise pricing, promotion, and distribution decisions.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of revenue growth initiatives and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making and feedback loops.

 

Who we’re looking for:

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Commutable distance to Stamford, CT.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue growth management, pricing strategy, or a related role within the consumer goods industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with trade investment management and customer segmentation strategies.

 

Annual Base Salary Range: $167,200 - $209,000
