About the Role
This position owns the U.S. consumer learning and foresight agenda for IQOS's smoke-free portfolio, converting adult consumer, brand, category, and market intelligence into decisions that drive awareness, trial, adoption, and retention.
Your ‘day to day’
• Own the IQOS Learning Agenda: Lead the annual U.S. IQOS insights roadmap, translating business priorities into targeted research that informs brand, product, commercialization, acquisition, adoption, and retention decisions
• Lead End-to-End Consumer Research: Design and manage quantitative and qualitative research among legal-age nicotine users, overseeing study design, vendor management, analysis, and reporting while ensuring methodological rigor and regulatory compliance
• Drive Commercial Growth Through Insights: Evaluate consumer feedback and key initiatives across the IQOS consumer journey, identifying opportunities to enhance execution, consumer experience, acquisition, adoption, and retention
• Embed consumer and market intelligence into brand, product, and commercial strategies, influencing stakeholders and ensuring insights translate into measurable business outcomes
• Champion Consumer-Centricity: Foster a culture of curiosity & consumer focus by sharing insights, emerging trends, and compelling storytelling that strengthen organizational understanding of consumer needs and behaviors
• Collaborate with measurement & optimization, revenue growth management, and analytical teams to develop a comprehensive understanding of how the brand is being received in market
Who we’re looking for
• Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, Research, or related.
• 10+ years of experience in consumer insights within CPG manufacturers and/or consumer research agencies, or marketing agency strategic planning roles
• Mastery of quantitative & qualitative methodologies (segmentation, ad effectiveness, panel, ethnography, brand equity, focus groups, IDIs, brand tracking, product research)
• Ability to connect signals across primary, syndicated, and behavioral data into business recommendations
• Excellent storytelling, executive communication, stakeholder-influencing skills
• Experience with BI and dashboarding tools
• Applied AI/GenAI and agile research experience
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S
Annual Base Salary Range: $176,000-$220,000
