About the role
As part of our U.S. People and Culture (P&C) team, this role offers a unique chance to shape a cohesive employee experience across the entire employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and throughout core P&C processes by connecting the dots across business functions, P&C Business Partners and P&C Centers of Expertise (CoE). The Specialist P&C will have a meaningful impact across multiple business functions in the U.S., helping foster a supportive and productive work environment.
Your ‘day-to-day’
General Administration:
- Partner with P&C Business Partners and COE’s: Act as strong day-to-day partner to functional P&C Business Partners and support COEs on key P&C roadmap activities throughout the year such as Talent Reviews, Salary Adjustments, Open Enrollment, Year-End Review Cycle, etc.
- Employee Support Liaison: Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns after self‑service and support channels have been utilized. Engaging/escalating to appropriate internal/external teams to solve employee related issues/inquiries as needed.
- Process and Delivery: Provide process and delivery support to P&C business partners.
- Internal Employee Portal Ticket Management: Initiate, track, and follow up on Internal Employee Portal tickets related to various system processes – promotions, salary adjustments, reporting line changes, or issues reported by employees. Liaise with the Business Solutions Center (BSC) to ensure timely resolution and communication of updates to employees.
- Department Communication Systems: Follow up on P&C tickets submitted through the P&C ticketing system.
- Monthly Headcount Review: Review the functional population’s headcount data each month to ensure accuracy across all HRIS data elements – reporting lines, cost centers, vacancies, etc.
- Data Compiling/ Reporting: Utilization of HRIS systems, Excel and PowerPoint to track, update data and present data in basic format.
- Hourly Employee Communication: Specifically for on-site hourly employees who may not have access to computers or mobile devices during work hours, utilize alternative channels such as bulletin boards, shift meetings, etc. to ensure important information reaches employees without regular access to email.
- Compliance: Ensure that employee communication channels are in compliance with federal, state and local laws, e.g., employment law posters on bulleting boards, posting of employee services comms if needed, communications of new position openings in accordance with state equity laws (if applicable).
- Activities: Supporting P&C sponsored activities on site as needed, in collaboration with event lead and Workplace Experience.
- Additional activities as needed.
Employee Onboarding/Offboarding:
- New Hire Actions: Initiate and coordinate necessary actions with the BSC to set up new employee records, including payroll, benefits enrollment, and access to company systems.
- I-9 & E-Verify Processes: Ensure completion of Form I-9 for all new hires, verifying identity and employment eligibility through the E-Verify system. This involves collecting and reviewing necessary documentation and resolving any discrepancies.
- Document Control: Scan and file employee or personnel documents into proper employee record systems.
- Resignations/Terminations: Process employee separations in collaboration with relevant departments.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or equivalent experience in related field.
- 4+ years of experience in HR related discipline.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, preferably SAP, Success Factors HCM or Success Factors EC.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to identify underlying issues, break down complex problems, and develop logical, data-driven solutions
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel). Copilot or any other AI tool is preferred
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Annual Base Salary Range: $88,000 - $110,000
