Your ‘day to day’:
- Analyze and document key business processes across all functions to identify opportunities for convergence and standardization across product categories.
- Map business processes to business capabilities to support strategic road mapping over a 3+ year horizon.
- Engage with senior stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI-driven opportunities that accelerate business growth.
- Collaborate with central IT teams (Technology Transformation, Architecture, and Services) to develop AI capabilities tailored to US market needs.
- Oversee the execution of AI-related Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and pilots, ensuring delivery of measurable business value.
- Define and lead the US-specific AI adoption strategy, aligning with global initiatives and local business priorities.
Who we’re looking for:
- 10+ years of experience in IT architecture, with a proven track record in enterprise-level strategy and transformation initiatives.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or FEAF, and the ability to apply them pragmatically in a business context.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain enterprise-wide architecture blueprints, including business, application, data, and technology domains.
- Strong experience in business capability modeling, process mapping, and strategic road mapping to support long-term planning and investment decisions.
- Proven ability to translate complex business needs into technology strategies and architectural solutions.
- Experience with governance models, architecture review boards, and ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and policies.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, particularly on AWS, and modern integration patterns (e.g., APIs, microservices).
- Exposure to AI and automation technologies, with a focus on leveraging them to drive business efficiency and innovation.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage C-level stakeholders.
- Experience working in large, matrixed organizations, ideally in a regulated or global business environment.
- Certifications such as TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or similar.
- Hands-on familiarity with tools and platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Microsoft Copilot, LangChain, and Databricks.
- Experience in digital transformation, organizational change, or business model innovation is a plus.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Annual Base Salary Range: $181,500 - $242,000
