Your ‘day to day’:
The Performance Coordinator is responsible for supporting the performance management process across the organization: This role involves coordinating performance reviews and tracking performance metrics. The goal is to enhance employee performance and development, aligning individual goals with organizational objectives.
Who we’re looking for:
- Support the performance review process, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement performance management training activities.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage multiple data sources and dashboards, consolidating information to provide comprehensive performance insights on our One U.S. organization.
- Follow up on performance review due dates to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of performance management programs, gathering feedback and making improvements as needed.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of the performance management calendar, scheduling reviews and coordinating with PE communications that need to be sent.
- Provide ongoing support to managers and employees, addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding performance management.
What’s ‘nice to have’?
- MUST BE: Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- MUST BE: LOCAL TO STAMFORD, CT
- 3+ years of experience in performance management, human resources, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills, including dynamic tables and integrated dashboards.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in using performance management tools and systems.
Annual Base Salary Range: $86,560-$108,000
