Based in our Stamford, CT headquarters, steps from Metro-North and easily accessible from NYC, the Senior Paid Media Specialist will help launch and scale a new category and brand in the U.S. Reporting to the US Senior Manager, Paid Media, this role will drive audience-led media strategy, agency management, campaign optimization, and performance measurement to build awareness, generate demand, and support business growth.
 
Your day to day:
 
• Lead planning, activation, optimization, and management of paid media campaigns across digital and offline channels.
• Manage the media agency of record and ensure successful execution against objectives, budgets, and timelines.
• Develop full-funnel media strategies aligned to brand and commercial goals.
• Build audience and geographic targeting plans with internal and agency partners.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Establish measurement frameworks tied to business results, including sales and ROAS.
• Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
• Design and evaluate testing across audiences, creative, placements, landing pages, and channels.
• Partner with marketing, analytics, and creative teams to improve performance and scale successful campaigns.
• Stay current on industry trends, media technologies, privacy developments, and emerging platforms.
• Serve as a paid media subject matter expert across the organization.
 
Who we're looking for:
 
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 5+ years of paid media experience, including agency experience.
• Strong expertise in digital media strategy, planning, buying, and optimization.
• Experience with programmatic media, DSPs, targeting, measurement, and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Datorama; Google Analytics preferred.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Digital-first experience required; print and out-of-home experience a plus.
• Experience in restricted categories, DTC businesses, or technology brands preferred.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
 
Annual Base Salary Range: $96,800 - $121,000
