About the Role
The Director, Organization Effectiveness is a senior People & Culture leader responsible for organization design, operating model, workforce effectiveness, and transformation initiatives that support business strategy and performance. This role partners with senior leaders to solve organizational challenges, improve accountability, decision-making, and organizational capability.
Your Day-to-Day
- Lead organization design, operating model, and workforce effectiveness initiatives aligned to business priorities.
- Assess structures, governance, decision rights, and ways of working to improve organizational performance.
- Facilitate leadership discussions and guide decisions on organization design, roles, and accountability.
- Use workforce, talent, engagement, and business data to diagnose challenges and recommend solutions.
- Partner with leaders on transformation initiatives, including organizational impact assessments and change planning.
- Develop organization effectiveness tools, methodologies, governance standards, and best practices.
- Provide recommendations that improve organizational health and business outcomes.
Who We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in Organization Effectiveness, Organization Design, Organizational Development, HR Strategy, Management Consulting, or related disciplines.
- Experience leading organization design, operating model, and transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organizations.
- Expertise in organization design, organizational effectiveness, operating models, team effectiveness, and change management.
- Ability to diagnose organizational challenges and translate data into practical business solutions.
- Experience influencing senior leaders on organizational structure, governance, roles, and accountability.
- Excellent consulting, facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with workforce analytics and organizational design tools.
- Ability to influence without authority, navigate ambiguity, and balance strategy with execution.
Annual Base Salary Range: $202,400 - $253,000
