A brand builder at heart, we are looking for an Assistant Brand Manager (ABM) to join our Smoke Free Products (SFP) team. The ABM would ideally have a background in building major Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) brands for the US. IQOS has just launched in the first US city with many more planned for the coming months. Join this dynamic brand team and assist with the development of IQOS brand communication materials across channels (Paid Media, brand retail, indirect retail, IQOS experts, Web/CRM/Social, Events, etc.). Support with the creation of brand content as well as the production, deployment and tracking of marketing programs across multiple channels such as point-of-sale, events, LAMP (legal age meeting place) and digital channels. Work with and manage creative agencies from the briefing phase to ensure high brand quality standards and impact.

 

 

Your ‘day to day’:

 

 

    • Develop and conduct agency briefings with the support of Brand Manager Content to develop creative materials, align with internal stakeholders on specific channel needs and gather feedback on creative materials prior to production
    • Support supervisor in evaluating agency creative work and production process. Collaborate with procurement and production agencies to deliver prototypes and final production specifications prior to go-to-market where applicable.
    • Assist with building brand toolboxes for Visual Design language overall, engagement, events, indirect retail and brand retail
    • Collaborate across functions - consumer experience, digital, portfolio, retail and other channels team to ensure communication materials needs are met. Manage timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines.
    • Assist with presentation development, including internal management presentations, internal approval meetings (e.g. pre-market review group)
    • Track impact of marketing initiatives and gather key learnings and insights to improve program impact

 

 

Who we’re looking for:

 

    • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising.
    • 5+ years in similar positions, either on client or agency side.
    • Brand Builder, strong communicator; collaboration skills, able to organize and structure activities to meet delivery schedules.
    • Able to juggle multiple priorities and deliver against tight deadlines.
    • Performs well under pressure, while managing various cross-functional parties during event execution.
    • Creative and consumer-first mindset.
    • Fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future

 

 

Annual Base Salary Range: $99,000 - $132,000
