Sr. Manager, National Accounts

Philip Morris International (PMI), through its Swedish Match affiliate, is seeking a Sr. Manager, National Accounts to lead strategic customer partnerships, drive revenue growth, and deliver business results across key national accounts. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute national account strategies to drive revenue, profitability, market share, and volume growth. 
• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships. 
• Identify growth opportunities across distribution, merchandising, category management, and promotional programs. 
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management, and Field Sales. 
• Analyze customer, consumer, syndicated, and CRM data to generate insights and business recommendations. 
• Manage customer investments, trade funds, and promotional budgets to maximize ROI. 
• Monitor business performance, market trends, risks, and opportunities. 
• Coach, develop, and lead direct reports to achieve business objectives and strengthen commercial capabilities. 
• Ensure alignment between customer strategy and field execution. 

Qualifications 

• Bachelor's degree required. 
• 7+ years of experience in National Account Management, Key Account Management, Sales Leadership, Customer Development, or Wholesale Management. 
• Proven success driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share gains. 
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing teams. 
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. 
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and customer executives. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook). 

Additional Information 

• Travel: Approximately 50%. 
• Salary Range: $136,000 - $170,000 plus bonus eligibility.
