This position is with our Swedish Match affiliate.
Swedish Match North America LLC develops, manufactures, and sells market-leading brands including ZYN nicotine pouches and other smokeless tobacco products. We are seeking a Field Operations Manager to manage the 7-Eleven account, supporting both Corporate and Franchisee execution of national programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for local 7-Eleven Corporate operations and Franchise Organization Association (FOA) headquarters, ensuring successful execution of national retailer programs.
- Build and strengthen partnerships with 7-Eleven Corporate personnel and FOA leadership through effective relationship management, promotions, merchandising support, and customer engagement.
- Support national 7-Eleven initiatives, including promotional programs, planogram compliance, pricing execution, and product availability.
- Assess market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities; provide recommendations and insights to the Key Account Manager.
- Track and report sales, promotional, and merchandising performance against objectives.
- Achieve assigned sales volume and market share targets.
- Partner with the Retail Team to provide training on 7-Eleven systems and ensure flawless in-store execution.
- Support FOA trade shows, board meetings, and local events to strengthen partnerships and grow sales.
- Develop and deliver customer presentations, including business reviews, planning sessions, and new product/program introductions.
- Conduct field market visits with retail personnel and provide quarterly updates to regional retail leadership.
- Analyze syndicated data (Nielsen) and distributor shipment reports (MSA) to identify growth opportunities and develop effective business strategies.
- Travel up to 75%.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
- 3+ years of sales experience in food, convenience, mass merchandise, or consumer goods industries; 7-Eleven experience preferred.
- Strong planning, organizational, leadership, analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to deliver persuasive, fact-based recommendations.
- Must reside within reasonable commuting distance of a major airport due to travel requirements.
- Fluent in English.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation
Annual Base Salary: $75,000 - $100,000
