About the Program

IMPACT is an internship program, focused on developing young talents at Philip Morris Bulgaria, that is already a tradition for us. It runs from June 2025, for a period of 6 months, and it is a full-time paid opportunity. In its core the IMPACT Internship Program represents our most treasured value – sharing. Your ‘day to day’:

• Build digital catalog of all warehouse point of sales materials.
• Investigate integration between warehouse systems and internal tracking tools.
• Upgrade BR data base with all materials and formats.
• Develop and maintain visibility toolboxes and planograms per different segments following commercial calendar with initiatives.
• Ensure the design and delivery of proper infrastructure assets for the respective channel based on market needs and following global guidelines.
• Coordinate the design of the proper visual formats and materials.
• Prepare and communicate to field sale force guidelines for proper campaigns in calendar.
• Monitor strictly the implementation of brand communication guidelines at POS.
• Participate in commercial programs and initiatives.
• Track and manage the availability of point of sales materials.
• Closely collaborate with Commercial Ops securing proper deployment of all commercial campaigns.
• Effectively cooperate with third party agencies for all campaigns.

Who we’re looking for:

• Education in Communication/ Marketing/ Digital/ PR or equivalent experience.
• Driving license, category B.
• Excel & Power point - basic knowledge.
• English - B2-C1.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Learning agility.
• Great team player.
• Enthusiastic and supportive.
