As a Supply Chain Specialist, you will be involved in service delivery activities in Philip Morris Bulgaria EOOD and will be reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. You will support the core business by managing the sales, goods receipt and goods return, and destruction processes in line with PMI or equivalent experience, local excise tax legislation, and TPD EU directive. You will play a key role within a dynamic environment, being responsible for leading complex projects.
Your ‘day to day’:
- Ensuring smooth selling process in collaboration with the Distributor, issuing and collecting related documents according to PMI established processes and local legal requirements for submitting and signing excise tax documents in the National Customs web based system BACIS, as well as in local customs reporting System (CRS).
- Managing a return process by Issuing Credit Notes and replacement orders in SAP.
- Ensuring arrivals in FAW (First Arrival Warehouse) are accurately recorded in SAP and CRS. Arrival messages in EMCS are submitted and acknowledged according to EU legal requirements.
- EU TPD/product T&T - Submit and ensure dispatch, arrival, return and deactivation messages are acknowledged accurately by TPD compliance module. Submit and sign dispatch and arrival messages with the information for barcodes movements in BACIS.
- Monitor, control and advance timely any issues with the activities and reporting related to PMI product tracking and tracing requirements and/or distributor level. Ensure full compliance with PMI, local legal and EU TPD requirements.
- Monitoring warehousing capacity for optimum efficiency of loading/unloading with a constant concern for PMBG products quality, personnel safety, cleanliness and security of warehousing area.
- Control stock availabilities in tax and regular warehouses. Maintain relationship with PMBG logistics service provider and manage the related information flow and documentation. Monitor, record and communicate LSP KPIs.
- Supporting the team with various analytical or administrative tasks that improve PMBG sales channels performance. This includes playing a meaningful role in customer collaboration, productivities, and route to zero initiatives.
Who we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics or Logistics.
- 3-5 years of experience in a multinational FMCG environment, with sales and distribution experience, is considered an advantage
- Experience in managing complex projects
- Experience in driving initiatives successfully in cross-functional environment
- Proficiency of English and MS Office
