As a Supervisor Sales Experts, you play a key role in leading field sales activities across our indirect retail network. You will supervise a team executing channel activation, building distributor and retailer partnerships, and delivering exceptional consumer experiences while achieving business objectives.
Impact You'll Own
•    Lead execution of indirect retail and B2B initiatives supporting commercial objectives.
•    Ensure business activation is delivered effectively across retail channels.
•    Support team’s performance to achieve sales, distribution and consumer experience targets.
•    Strengthen relationships with distributors, retailers and channel partners.
What You'll Do
•    Supervise a field sales processes and services, ensuring productivity and execution excellence.
•    Track business activation plans and monitor performance against targets.
•    Conduct field visits to ensure compliance with operational standards.
•    Support product launches, promotions, merchandising and consumer engagement.
•    Monitor sales performance, identify opportunities and recommend corrective actions.
•    Support commercial partners by coaching sales techniques, product knowledge and execution standards.
•    Ensure company policies, procedures and compliance requirements are followed.
What We're Looking For
•    Experience in field sales, indirect retail, channel management or commercial operations.
•    Experience leading and coaching field-based teams.
•    Understanding of retail operations, merchandising standards and KPI management.
•    Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
•    Ability to analyze performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
•    Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
•    Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple activities in a dynamic environment.
