We, at Philip Morris Bulgaria are looking for an experienced person to take on the role of Supervisor CX Retention to drive the end-to-end retention program implementation along the consumer journey.

Your ‘day to day’.

• Designing & implementing strategies to improve the consumer satisfaction, retention & loyalty through consumer facing programs.
• Identifying opportunities to improve consumer journeys & address pain points.
• Working with marketing & sales teams to align programs’ goals and ensure seamless execution.
• Analyzing data to spot on trends and measure program effectiveness to make data-driven recommendations.
• Developing and managing the budget for the initiatives.
• Identifying and mitigating potential risk associated.
• May lead a team of project managers or specialist.
• Keeping stakeholders informed of progress, challenges and success of the program.
• Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations & compliance.

Who we’re looking for:

• Enthusiastic, ambitious person who is willing to drive the change and continuously learn.
• University degree in fields directly related to Marketing, Sales, Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, data analytics, or project management.
• Analytical skills and ability to identify trends.
• Excellent project management skill set.
• Solid understanding of trade channels and digital engagement, preferably in FMCG.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with senior level management.
